Collaborative research project about regional integration launches
11 June 2019
The Junior Chair of African Politics starts a large collaborative and interdisciplinary research project in the framework of UBT's cluster of excellence "Africa Multiple". The project is called "Multiplicity in Decision-Making of Africa’s Interacting Markets: The Functioning of Community Law, the Role of Market Participants and the Power of Regional Judges" or simply MuDAIMa. It brings together economist, legal scholars, and political scientists.
Especially the power of regional judges will be studied from a political science angle using a relational approach to appointment politics in selected member states. Therefore a doctoral researcher's position will be annouced soon.
More information about "Africa Multiple" and the research section "Affiliations" in which MuDAIMa is located can be found here.
